This Melon Mojito is your go-to summer drink! It combines the sweetness of watermelon or muskmelon with zesty lemon, minty freshness, and a fizzy twist. Perfect for hot days, parties, or a simple chill moment at home.

🌿 Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of chopped watermelon or muskmelon (choose your favorite!)
  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt (adds a nice tangy kick)
  • 1/2 cup soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves & melon slice (for garnish)

🧊 How to Make It:

1. Blend the Melon

Toss the chopped melon into a blender and blend until smooth. This will be the juicy, fruity base of your drink.

2. Prep the Glass

In your serving glass, add the mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar (or honey), and black salt. Gently muddle (press) them using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the flavors.
